Hybrid formats, sustainability, and smarter tech are shaping how we plan and run events. Here's what we're seeing on the ground in East Africa.
Clients are asking for more hybrid options—streaming plus in-person—without blowing the budget. We're using lighter rigs and cloud-based switching so the same team can manage both. Sustainability is no longer optional: reusable branding, local catering, and carbon-offset options are in every RFP.
On the tech side, we're seeing more LED walls, interactive elements, and real-time social feeds into the show. The bar for "broadcast quality" at live events has gone up; audiences expect crisp visuals and clean audio.
